Welcome to Brighter Futures

We are a formal consortia of self-governing organisations in Rhyl working collaboratively while delivering independently.  We share resources, skills and expertise to provide support and services to children, young people, parents, the elderly and those with disabilities who are socially isolated or experiencing multiple forms of poverty.

Our Aim

Overall aim: To collectively support local children, young people, families and the older generation to actively participate in community activities and influence the issues and decisions that affect our lives.

Our members

The initial groups that form the consortia are, Rhyl Men’s Shed, Rhyl Womens Shed, Rhyl Youth Group, West Rhyl Childrens Group, Rhyl Street Games and WiFi Connecitions. In 2019 we will be looking to expand and include more groups.

Our Philosophy

It’s simple, every group within the consortia helps each other, shares equipment, skills and facilities to reduce overall costs, reduce duplication, reduce waste and provide better quality services to meet the needs of our community.
